This Returns Policy sets forth our terms for returns, exchanges and refunds. Our standard international shipping takes 15‑30 days after shipment, and delays may occur due to customs or carrier conditions. By placing an order with us, you agree to this Returns Policy.
1. Return Eligibility Window
You may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Return requests submitted after this 30‑day window will not be accepted, unless required by local mandatory consumer law.
2. Conditions for Accepted Returns
To qualify for return or refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair or other signs of use.
- All original hang‑tags, labels and original packaging must be fully attached and intact.
- For swimwear / bikinis: the protective hygiene liner must remain untouched and in place. Returns will be rejected if the hygiene strip has been removed or damaged for sanitary reasons.
- Set items (3‑piece swim sets, matching outfits) must be returned as a complete set; partial‑set returns are not permitted.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods. Items failing these conditions will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Non‑Returnable Items
The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom‑made / OEM personalized orders
- Clearance, final‑sale marked products
- Swimwear with broken or removed hygiene liner
- Items damaged by customer misuse, alteration or home washing
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Return shipping fees are borne by the customer, except for manufacturing defects or our shipping error (wrong item, wrong size).
- Original outbound shipping cost, import duties, customs taxes and brokerage fees are non‑refundable, even for eligible returns.
- Do not send returned parcels to the delivery address printed on your shipping label. You must email us first to obtain the correct return receiving address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. How to Start a Return
Please follow these steps:

If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect items, please notify us by email within 48 hours upon delivery, and attach clear photos of product defects and outer package. We will assess your case and arrange partial refund, full refund or replacement according to circumstances.
